Your duties will consist of:
- Answering phones, mails or chat conversations in NL, FR and EN
- Answering customer questions within your domain and routing them to other services if necessary
- Converting mail, phone calls and alerts from a monitoring system into incidents and changes via helpdesk tools
- Keeping customers informed of the status of their case
- Follow up on open requests
- Following up on monitoring notifications
- Feeding the knowledge base
- Administrative support to other departments

Profile
- You are extremely customer-friendly
- Punctual and correct communication
- You are a good listener and take pleasure in helping people
- You work accurately and function well in a team
- You are independent, stress resistant and have a keen eye for quality
- Technical IT knowledge is not required, but you are willing to learn in this area
- You can express yourself in NL, FR and EN
- Flexible. You work in a shift system:
- Early: 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Loose: Normal office hours
- Late: 14:00h - 22:00h
- Night: 22:00h - 6:00h
- Standby shift
- Knowledge of business processes (ITIL-based) is a plus!
